Salawa Abeni, a seasoned musician from Nigeria, has responded to reports that she died.
In a video posted to her Instagram page, the singer refuted the widely circulated report and called it “shameful.”
Salawa Abeni encouraged the public to ignore the rumors while thanking her fans and loved ones for their worries.
In the video, she sang that everybody who wishes her dead will perish before her.
The 64-year-old singer captioned the video, writing, “I’m alive, hail, and hearty.” Kindly ignore the rumors. Some bloggers will go to extreme lengths in order to get popularity. It’s kind of embarrassing. The Queen is doing well and is in good health.
