The late actor Junior Pope’s widow, Jennifer Odonwodo, said goodbye to her father-in-law, who died a few months ago.
In May, the mother of three sent an emotional message following the passing of her father-in-law, who passed away a year after his actor son, Junior Pope, did.
Tragically, the actor died on the way to a film that was located in a riverine setting. Jennifer wrote in her post that she and her kids had a very emotional day because they were always asking questions.
She disclosed that her kids questioned why their grandfather’s funeral was held at the same home and church where their father was also buried.
Jennifer claims that as she bid farewell to her father-in-law, whom she thanked in Igbo, words failed her. In addition, she said goodbye to her late husband’s soul and prayed for the fortitude to continue living without both her father and son.
A video collage of Jennifer with her kids and other family members from the funeral was posted. She was spotted carrying the wreath that will be laid on the grave of her late father-in-law.
Scenes from the church service, where the deceased’s children honored him, were also included in the video. Children and grandkids were seen sprinkling sand on the coffin at the last resting place.
Supporters offered prayers for Jennifer and her kids as well as for the deceased soul’s rest.
