Nollywood actress Rita Edochie praised her former daughter-in-law, May Edochie, on Instagram amid rumors of marital issues between Yul Edochie and Judy Austin.
She referred to May in a long article as the “rejected stone who has become the cornerstone.”
Some who had attempted to break May had broken themselves, she said, while many who had formerly made fun of her were now mute fans.
Edochie claimed that because of God’s strong hold on May’s life, her enemies were dispersed, perplexed, and restless. She praised May as a universal representation of courage, honor, and elegance.
Her words in part: “The rejected stone has finally become the Chief cornerstone. Queen May is my blessed child of grace. Her life is not ordinary; she carries divine oil upon her head. Those who conspired to break her have ended up breaking themselves. Those who mocked her have turned into silent admirers, watching helplessly as God lifts her higher every day. Today, her enemies are already running helter-skelter, confused and restless, because the hand of God upon Queen May is too heavy for them to fight. The more they attack, the more she rises, the more they try to bury her, the more she blossoms.”
