VDM, whose true name is Martins Vincent Otse, has responded to Phyna’s widely shared video about Dangote and her sister Ruth.
By now, word has gone viral on social media about Phyna’s sister Ruth’s amputation due to a careless Dangote truck driver. After speaking with Dangote’s officials, Phyna claimed that they had reached an agreement but that Ruth Otabor had first been transferred to Lagos’ Lagoon Hospital.
To her surprise, though, the representative revoked their original promise to fly Ruth out and said they would consult a doctor about what would be best for her.
After chatting with Dangote’s representative for more than twenty-four hours, the reality TV star became suspicious of foul play and yelled out.
VDM responded to Phyna’s tirade by restating that she was a user and then went on to describe how he had assisted her. It seems that they had been communicating since Phyna got in touch with him after her sister’s accident. Since he was also in Lagos, VDM had extended an invitation to her. He and a few of Dangote’s officials met with Phyna, and the next day was set aside for an official meeting between VDM and an attorney.
Phyna regrettably skipped VDM, claiming to have attended the meeting with her attorney instead, since Dangote’s representatives expressed that they “were scared of VDM.” However, because he suspected foul play, VDM sent her a message warning her to exercise caution.
VDM gave Dangote a severe warning after recounting all the specifics, threatening to halt all Dangote-related activities in Edo state unless Phyna’s sister Ruth survived.
VDM stated:
“Phyna even though I have forgiven you I just hope you have learnt that this life you should be careful who you use,you used me and now they are playing you…..I forgive you and I still love you genuinely and I hope your sister is taken care of.”
