Celebrity, Luxury, and Crime: Shatta Wale in Hot Water with EOCO Over New Car.

Following the artist’s arrest by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) in connection with an investigation into his tax liabilities for the purchase of a yellow Lamborghini, Shatta Wale’s management released a statement.

The musician voluntarily showed up at the EOCO offices with his attorney, Cephas Biyuo, to help with the inquiry, but he was arrested in the process, according to the statement issued on Wednesday, August 20.

Fans and the general public were reassured by the artist’s management that his legal team is actively involved in the case and is doing everything in their power to secure his prompt release.

They asked supporters not to speculate and to maintain composure. The management reaffirmed that they are collaborating closely with the authorities to find a solution and expressed complete faith in the legal system.

Additionally, it was said that the management and Shatta Wale’s attorneys would visit the EOCO offices again the next day to carry on the conversation.

They promised to provide more information when it became available. Shortly after the arrival of Shatta Wale’s brand-new purple Lamborghini Urus in Ghana, this development occurred. The fancy car was seen being driven out of the confines in a widely shared video.
