Rumors that legendary Nigerian artist Innocent Idibia, better known by his stage as 2Baba, and his wife, Natasha Osawaru, are expecting their first child together have made them popular on social media.
Social media rumors started when photos from the couple’s Monday, August 18, courtesy visit to Nasarawa state governor and North Central Governors’ Forum Chairman Abdullahi Sule at the Governor’s lodge, Asokoro, in Abuja.
The musician and his spouse reportedly told Governor Abdullahi about the singer’s brand’s plan to launch a Music Against Violence campaign in Nasarawa state called The United North-Central for Peace Promotion (UNCPP). As a result, the governor let them attend.
According to the sources, Nasarawa State was chosen to hold the first event, and the concept was based on promoting tolerance, communication, and peace. Through music performances, awareness-raising initiatives, and humanitarian outreach, it would involve young people from the FCT and the six North Central states.
According to Gist 9ja, 2Baba and Natasha got married in July, and their wedding photos and videos went viral on the internet for days.
By pointing out Natasha’s baby belly, some internet users sparked pregnancy rumors. The musician 2Baba already has seven children from several mothers.
