On Friday, August 8, social media critic Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, disclosed that gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and her former management and record label, Eezee Tee, had reached an agreement.
Recall that after the gospel singer claimed that her former manager had embezzled $345,000 in music royalties, VeryDarkMan stepped in to resolve the dispute between Chinwo and Eezee Tee.
Eezee Tee’s supporter, VeryDarkMan, called out Chinwo repeatedly and even released a song called Body of Christ in retaliation. The social media critic said in an update that Chinwo and Eezee Tee had made up after “bishops” and “spiritual fathers” intervened.
He added that he was pleased with the case’s outcome since he stood behind Eezee Tee without expecting payment.
“Finally, in the case of Mercy Chinwo and Eezee Tee concert, with the intervention of some spiritual fathers and bishops, they have signed an agreement papers and they have settled. My work is done and I am proud of myself that I spoke for an oppressed man and today they have settled.
I thank God that everything I did was from my heart because some people claimed you paid me. I still have my case in court,” he said.
Recalls how Nancy Nnadi, also known as Coach Nancy, the managing director of EeZee Conceptz Limited, revealed the way to peace in a July post while taking back her claimed defamatory remarks about Chinwo.
