With yet another round of screenshots he posted from the WhatsApp group he set up following the passing of musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, social media star Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, has generated a lot of excitement.
Iyabo Ojo’s remarks on Davido’s position on justice for Mohbad were the main topic of VeryDarkMan’s most recent screenshot.
Iyabo Ojo claimed that Davido sought influence with Mohbad’s passing because he refused to unfollow Naira Marley, even though he claimed to be the only celebrity that supported her, according to the screenshot that VeryDarkMan posted. Remember how Davido reportedly sent N2 million to Mohbad’s family in 2023 following his death?
Several well-known Nigerians attended Mohbad’s candlelight parade in Lagos, including the head of the DMW label.
In her message on the WhatsApp group chat, Iyabo Ojo wrote,
“My problem is not even the black, whatever is Davido, who flee down like he claimed to fight for justice, but he still dey follow Naira Marley and now he is not only following their supporters. He is doing live video, that is Oju aye now. That means he was chasing clout. I am so disappointed with and to think he has been saying he is the only superstar artist who stood by Mohbad. Sharing the screenshot, VeryDarkMan wrote in the caption,
“All of this and you claim is a group opened for justice for Mohbad.”
VeryDarkMan took action after Iyabo Ojo called him a manipulator during her Sunday, August 3, live Instagram session.
