On Friday, August 1, musician and songwriter Oritsefemi Majemite Ekele celebrated and took joy in walking his daughter, Esther, down the aisle.
Rahman Jago criticized Oritsefemi for wearing bogus expensive clothing, and he posted a video of the touching occasion to his Instagram story.
The moment Oristefemi appeared at the ceremony with his daughter wearing a lengthy bridal gown, to applause from the visitors, was one of the evening’s highlights. Oritsefemi was also seen in a funny video cautioning his Oyinbo son-in-law to look after his daughter.
Ortisefemi’s most well-known works include his popular single Igbeyawo, which is about marriage and weddings, and his rendition of Fela Kuti’s “Double Wahala” song.
