Popular social media activist Martins Otse Vincent, popularly known as Verydarkman, has responded to Nigerian producer Soso’s sponsoring of a boxing match between VDM and Portable, whom he shares a feud with.
VDM shared that he was supposed to have the biggest event last year, where he was supposed to have a boxing match with 50 Cent, adding that Tunde Ednut was following up with the plans, but they fell through because 50 Cent was asking for 5 million dollars up front, while he was to be paid 100 thousand dollars, but he rejected it.
He continued that they said the fight would make him more popular. He also said that another country was contacted to hold the match to boost their entertainment, but he still insisted on refusing the match.
He said if 50 Cent was taking 5 million dollars, he should be taking 1 million dollars. He recounted when he came back from China this year, he was supposed to fight Ray Jones Jr, but he refused the fight because of the offer, saying he knows his worth.
He said that Soso should not insult him by asking him what 100 million is while recounting how much he has spent while he travels or purchases things. He said that Soso should pay him 500k to begin to have a business chat with him, as his name or brand already will put a lot of viewers on their interest, adding that the engagement when he advertises the match, his workout routines, and the money brought in by sponsors.
He termed Soso as being disrespectful, saying, “it’s not cruise, this na big disrespect”
VDM doubted that Soso has such kind of money in dollars to approach him for such fight, saying Soso would have to borrow money or sell some of his cars and Rolls Royce to get above 300 thousand dollars added with the pricing.
He said: “Don’t disrespect me like that again. Soso, please, with all due respect. With no due respect, actually.”
He said Soso should not disrespect him anymore, but if he wants to, he should start with 500k, and if Portable wants to bring along his fetish power, he can, but he would give him a head start of 5 punches from Portable on any part of his body, before he begins.
