On social media, Nigerian rapper Darlington Okoye, better known online as Speed Darlington, has gone on yet another tirade. Akpi, as he is affectionately known, showed off a few iPhone 7 smartphones in various colors in a video that was uploaded to Instagram on Wednesday, July 23.
Speed Darlington spoke excitedly and enthusiastically as he described his plan to use the phones as bait to attract Nigerian women. He confirmed that one girl would be attracted to each phone for his enjoyment. But Speed Darlington used the occasion to invite girls who were considering the offer to get in touch with him.
The rapper defended his decision to give away an iPhone 7 instead of an iPhone 16 or similar device by saying at the end of the video that he wants to start small.
He wrote: “Is there any young girl in the zoo with … that wants an iPhone from the USA??”
