During their recent appearance on The Honest Bunch podcast, Nigerian businessman Ikechukwu Ogbonna, also known as IVD, and his partner Blessing Okoro, also known as Blessing CEO, discussed their romance, future hopes for marriage, and past traumas.
IVD talked openly about the difficulties he encountered after his wife passed away in the video interview.
He disclosed that he had been denied access to his late wife’s five children for more than three years after they were allegedly abducted by their family.
He remembered being surprised when someone told him that his in-laws had come to kill him.
IVD claims that he hasn’t seen his kids in years and doesn’t know how they’re doing.
He said he purposefully kept a low profile during the time after his wife’s death, saying, “Nobody has heard from me in the last three years.” He characterized the time after her death as hitting “ground zero.”
IVD referred to his relationship with the CEO of Blessing, who once made the contentious assertion that she could “take lives just to have a man,” as his “wife-to-be.”
He said he had never felt so at ease in a relationship and thanked her for providing him serenity.
To further emphasize their mutual trust, the car dealer added that he could never be unfaithful to her and that they both have access to one other’s passwords.
