Jarvis, a TikToker and Nigerian content creator, has stated that she is hopeful to wed her lover, Peller.
According to reports, in December 2024, Peller, a 19-year-old TikToker, proposed to the 23-year-old.
In a recent interview with Channels, Jarvis, who had previously stated in a livestream that the ring was a promise ring rather than an engagement ring and that they were not dating, finally acknowledged that she is engaged to Peller.
She said she’s optimistic that they will get married “at the right time.”
She said, “I believe that we will get married at the right time. There’s a lot in marriage, so you have to be careful. It’s true that we are engaged. He [Peller] actually engaged me; shockingly to me. But the ring doesn’t fit my finger, so I kept it safe at home.”
The video creator emphasized that she has learned to understand her spouse better over time and that it is unfair to make snap judgments about people based solely on their behavior on social media.
Before meeting Peller in person and learning that he’s a “cool” guy offline, Jarvis explained, she didn’t think she and Peller would get along.
