The singer posted the image to X and stated that it was taken 20 years ago, in 2005.
He is seated next to a kiosk across from Laspotech in the picture. Leaning against the kiosk’s wooden frame, he looked to be sleeping.
The modern Adekunle Gold, who is a successful singer and married to Simi, another well-known singer, is very different from the picture.
Although some X users questioned whether that was Adekunle, others expressed gratitude to God for him after it was established that he was the singer.
