Mallam Garba Shehu, the statesman’s former spokesperson, confirmed reports that he was declared deceased on Sunday, July 3. at a social media post, Shehu claimed that Buhari passed away at a UK hospital on Sunday.
The cleric stated that the incident would occur between June and July in the YouTube video.
Before defeating then-incumbent President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015 while running on the All Progressives Congress platform, he made three unsuccessful presidential runs in 2003, 2007, and 2011.
