Skepta, a well-known British rapper, has issued a rap battle challenge to his American rivals.
The superiority of US and UK rap, or Grime, is reportedly a topic of continuous discussion.
According to Skepta, a rap war between American and British artists will ultimately end the protracted argument.
“I wanna clash an American rapper anyway, finally get this UK/US rap debate sorted,” the Grime star wrote via his X handle on Thursday.
Additionally, he promised to pit select UK rappers against American rappers. He teamed Blade Brown with Pusha T, Dave with Lil Wayne, Chip with Kendrick Lamar, Youngs with Meek Mill, and Ghetts with Eminem.
Skepta also teamed JME with Tyler, The Creator, Lancey with Travis Scott, Central Cee with Jack Harlow, and Queenie with Meg The Stallion.
He clarified that UK rappers are skilled and difficult to beat.
He stated that “The microphone training you get from being in the grime scene is top level, Oxford Uni level training, we’re not easy, lol.”
