By attacking Natasha Osawaru, the wife of music superstar 2Baba (formerly 2Face Idibia), Cynthia Morgan, a former Nigerian dancehall artist, has stirred up controversy on the internet. Morgan claims that Osawaru forced him to apologize publicly.
Morgan expressed her worry for the music legend in an Instagram story, asking Nigerians to remember him in their prayers and wondering why he had suddenly apologized in public.
Following a recent interview that generated intense social media reactions, the apology was made.
Taking a jab at Natasha, Morgan wrote:
“You can’t purge a man like Tuface into monogamy overnight.”
She challenged 2Baba’s religious beliefs, questioning whether he is a Christian or a church leader.
Pointing to his age and personal life, she said:
“At 49, with 7 kids from 3 women, are we surprised he thinks he’s polygamous in nature? I’m not.”
Morgan concluded with a plea for prayers and a biblical reference:
“Pray for Tuface. Someone says he deserves it. Indiscipline truly brings shame. Proverbs 29 vs 15. Free Tubaba.”
