Carter Efe was driving in the viral video when he noticed Peller close by and chose to get into his vehicle.
Carter Efe was sweating a lot when Peller got inside, and he made fun of him for not being able to buy air conditioner in his own vehicle.
Clearly offended by the words, Carter Efe reacted angrily, accusing Peller of being insane and swearing that God would punish him.
