A popular video featuring Vincent Martins Otse, often known as VeryDarkMan, and a pupil at an Abuja public primary school has sparked conflicting responses.

VDM took a student out of the protest and asked him what he wanted to do for a living. But the student’s response was incoherent, and he or she stammered. An irate VDM was unable to conceal his displeasure and reprimanded the student before dismissing him.
Online, the video caused a great deal of worry as many people questioned why the student would shame VDM, who was standing up for their rights, in this way.
