Tochukwu Ojogwu, better known by his stage name Odumodublvck, is a Nigerian hip-hop artist who has urged his colleague Blaqbonez to cease boasting about being the nation’s greatest rapper.
According to the reports, the two recently got into a heated argument on social media, which intensified their feud.
The conflict began when Blaqbonez made fun of Odumodublvck in his most recent song, “Who’s Really Rapping,” featuring A-Q.
In a recent interview with Jusmen 105.7, Odumodublvck discussed his rivalry with Blaqbonez and said that Blaqbonez’s claim to be the greatest rapper is disrespectful to Nigerian rap icons.
He questioned, “Do you know what it means for you to claim that you are Nigeria’s best rapper?” “Stop making jokes. The best rapper isn’t you. M. Vector is the best rapper; I am the best. You would have taken home the Best Rap Album of the Year [at the Headies] if you were the greatest rapper. He remarked, “You weren’t even nominated for best rap single.”
“I’m not better than Phyno as a rapper. Look at his legacy. [There is]Olamide, Vector, M.I, Modenine, Ghost, Tec… So, for me to come and say I’m the best rapper, that means I’ve to be the best rapper. But if you’re not, Stop saying it. It’s getting on my nerves, bro. You can get smacked in the face for that kind of sh*t.
“Stop lying to the kids that you are the best. Nobody is even booking you for shows. Nobody is saying that you’re a wack artist, you’re an amazing artist. But don’t come and use your insecurities to close the door.”
