Wizkid, a Nigerian Afrobeats artist, has sparked strong feelings on the internet by praising his partner Jada P and newborn daughter Morayo.
As you may remember, Wizkid and Jada P made news in November 2024 after rumors of their baby girl’s arrival went viral online.
Jada P initially posted a photo of herself sitting with two other women and a child in her lap in March 2025. But all that was visible were the baby’s white stocking feet and pink scarf. She had a face shield.
The singer thanked Jada from the bottom of his heart for giving him a baby girl who bore a striking resemblance to his late mother during his concert at the 2025 Hollywood Bowl.
He said: “She gave me a daughter that look exactly just like my mum.”
The Essence hitmaker went on to say that the arrival of his daughter had brought him and his family a great deal of affection, which he was prepared to share with the audience.
