During his headline performance at the Hollywood Bowl, Afrobeats singer Wizkid astonished thousands of fans by bringing out compatriot artist Asake, making it a night to remember in Los Angeles.
The 17,000-seat auditorium was illuminated by the Essence crooner, but the real fireworks began when he summoned Asake on stage to sing their smash song, MMS. The audience roared, and videos of the incident swiftly went viral on social media.
Although fans applauded the two’s chemistry and energy, many took advantage of the occasion to make lighthearted remarks about Davido, casting doubt on his reliability and audience participation in contrast to Wizkid’s flawless performance.
