Prophet Jeremiah Omoto has sparked reactions online after saying ‘God will be behind” who pays their first fruit regardless of the person being into 419 scams.
He said this during a live preaching session, where he advised the congregation to gather their first fruit in the last Sunday of the month.
He went further to say that giving first fruit breaks protocol and cancels the sin of man.
He added that ” When God seeing that this man is a fraudster, called 419. But because of the first fruit. When he was at the place where the angels were ascending and descending. I the lord, God of Israel, God of Abraham. I am surely behind you!”
He further emphasized on the congregation sending their first fruit to the church’s account, saying “We are here to receive them. Our accounts are available.”
This comes after VDM had criticized Prophet Jeremiah over calling Christians out to fight VDM for slamming Pastor Ibiyeomie online over arresting anyone who criticizes him online.
