DJ Obi, a Nigerian DJ, has disclosed that after losing love, he no longer believes in marriage. Adventure sports
Speaking candidly about love, regret, and loneliness as a forty-year-old man, the famous DJ made the heartfelt admission on the Afropolitan podcast.
He claims that due of his own blunders and poor decisions made when he was younger, his opinions on marriage have evolved.
“I lost love, so I lost my belief in marriage,” he said.
DJ Obi acknowledged that he used to lie, emotionally distance himself from others, and ignore warning signs, such as a familial trend where guys end up with two women.
He also acknowledged that his relationships and family life were impacted by his profession and lifestyle decisions.
“I don’t understand, but I enjoy having noise in my house all the time. Regarding his children, who now live with their moms, he remarked, “I can’t get the wake-up-and-run-into-the-room vibe.”
He claims that although though he is a Christian, he still prays about marriage and now values partnerships more.
