After revealing a glimpse of his garage in the United States, Nigerian music icon Davido has once again whipped social media into a frenzy.
This came only minutes after he and fellow singers Burna Boy and Wizkid were the target of criticism from controversial campaigner VeryDarkMan (VDM) for their costly car purchases. Known for his extravagant lifestyle, Davido proudly showed off two of his beautiful vehicles, a Chevrolet and a Mercedes G-Wagon, that were parked in his opulent garage overseas.
The image, which was shared on his Instagram Story, was taken soon after socialite Cubana Chief Priest revealed that he had purchased a new Mercedes SUV.
The timing of the upload led fans to speculate that Davido was subtly responding to the critic’s criticism, even though he didn’t specifically address VDM in the post.
Meanwhile, VDM came under fiery comments from Netizens as some had things to say:
