Natasha Akide, often known as Tacha, is a Nigerian reality star based in the UK. She has voiced her concern over the rowdy behavior of some Nigerian Christian priests.
Ninety percent of Nigerian pastors, she said, will not get away with what they do in Nigeria abroad.
In response to the incident between Paul Adefarasin, the Senior Pastor of the House on the Rock Church, and an automobile spotter, she made this statement.
According to reports, a video that went viral showed Pastor Adefarasin reprimanding a car spotter who was photographing his vehicle while brandishing what appeared to be a weapon. This angered the people.
In response to the widely shared video, Adefarasin stated that he did not point a gun at anyone and that the object in the video was not a handgun.
In addition, he said the automobile spotter was hostile.
Tacha responded with a video message posted on her X handle, claiming that the automobile spotter wasn’t hostile and that the video showed Pastor Adefarasin brandishing what appeared to be a weapon.
She claimed that the Senior Pastor of the House on the Rock Church was trying to gaslight the public.
She said, “I didn’t want to say anything about the church brouhaha that’s going on until I saw clips from today’s service. Because there’s nothing I hate more than gaslighting. Everybody saw the video. We all saw the video. And from the video, we can tell who the aggressor was.
