Skales, a well-known Nigerian musician, has spoken out on why most artists fail to recognize their privileges.
He said that perseverance is essential in a message posted on Monday via his X Twitter.
According to him, a lot of artists are impatient and frequently give up before their rewards materialize.
He motivated artists to remain persistent, saying:
“Your music will take you places all over the globe. You just need to be consistent enough to see it happen.
“Most artists quit before the blessings show up. Keep going,”
Recall that the musician said that his life had been restarted after his popular song Shake Body became popular again ten years after it was first released, following the viral dance of Barcelona’s adolescent phenomenon Lamine Yamal.
