Abiri, also known as KokobyKhloe, the star of Big Brother Naija, has finally spoken.
The reality TV personality and businesswoman has now shared her side of the tale, which differs from the one we’ve been hearing, hours after the Lake Como wedding brawl caused havoc to break out online.
She claims that what started out as a happy vacation to celebrate love swiftly devolved into a nightmare. She claimed that she first remained silent because she wanted time to think, talk to her team, and recover—not because she felt bad. Now, though? She has had enough of silence.
This comes after she was accused of punching a woman and threatening to murder him by her ex-friend, nightclub personality Sunky O.
But according to Khloe’s account, the conflict started before the wedding. She pleaded with the villa host to let Sunky stay, saying he had accommodations concerns. She claimed that in order to prevent conflict, she managed the logistics from Milan to Como. When Chizoba, the woman who accused her of abusing her, and Caramel, another woman who apparently had unresolved issues with Chizoba, wound up in the same room, things were tense.
She said that throughout the ceremony, Chizoba yelled threats, cried out, and even demanded the keys to the villa. Khloe claimed that she declined because she didn’t want the other visitors to become stranded, not to be spiteful. She said the refusal led to violence.
She said the refusal led to violence.
Khloe claims that she was physically assaulted in the villa after being ambushed at the location, thrown into a wall, and dragged down the stairs. She claimed that Sunky, Chizoba, and other individuals attacked her, smashed her against glass, attempted to throw her from a balcony, and left her bleeding and damaged.
She wrote, “I didn’t beat her,” Khloe said, referring to Chizoba. “I held her tight because she was screaming. But I was the one tossed around. I was the one bleeding.”
She revealed that she was hit in the stomach, an area she recently had surgery on, and when she pleaded with them to stop, they didn’t.
Khloe also talked about the internet videos that became viral. She might be seen grinning in one of them. She claimed that throughout the encounter, her older pals had called and told her to be quiet so as not to exacerbate the situation. That grin? It was quiet under duress, she said.
She denied being the attacker, claiming that if she had been, the police would have arrested her. She stated that the police asked if she wanted to file charges and offered her an ambulance instead, but she declined.
Khloe apologized to her team and fans as she concluded her remarks. Putting Caramel and Chizoba together without knowing their complete histories was a mistake, she acknowledged. Although she accepted responsibility, she insisted that nothing excused the alleged abuse she endured.
She also made defamatory remarks about some of the other participants, citing prior arrests, purportedly phony accounts used for trolling, and threats to damage her reputation.
