Nasboi, a well-known comedian and singer from Nigeria, has started a 36-day nationwide kneeling tour.
After multiple unsuccessful attempts, he characterized the statewide tour as a campaign appeal to get a verse from artist Davido, which started on Wednesday.
The artist clarified that in order to gain Davido’s attention for his songs, he has been imitating him for the past five years.
Nasboi posted a kick-off photo of himself holding a sign in front of the Osun State Government Secretariat on Instagram to announce the news.
He was spotted kneeling at the Kano State government headquarters on Thursday.
Captioning the post, he wrote; “I will be kneeling across the 36 states for 36 days. I pray this dream comes to pass. Please just tag @davido everyday when you see the post.”
